Welcome to CrewHub.pro! This quick start guide will help you get up and running with our H2A visa management platform in just a few simple steps.

Step 1: Account Setup

  1. Sign up for your employer account at CrewHub.pro
  2. Verify your email address and complete your profile
  3. Connect with an Employer Agent who will help manage your H2A applications

Step 2: Business Profile

  • Complete your company information
  • Upload required business documentation
  • Verify your business credentials

Step 3: Job Order Creation

Important: As an employer, you cannot create Job Orders directly. Your Employer Agent will create and manage Job Orders on your behalf.

  • Work with your Employer Agent to define job requirements
  • Provide detailed job descriptions and requirements
  • Specify housing, transportation, and wage information

Step 4: Document Management

  • Upload necessary documentation for Job Orders
  • Manage worker-related documents
  • Ensure compliance with H2A requirements

Step 5: Worker Review

  • Review applications from job seekers
  • Make hiring decisions through the platform
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies for worker placement
